views about Tai Lam Chung, but, in this connection, we

are anxious to have your reply on the vexed 'bearer bond'

question discussed in our official telegram No. 294 of

the 17th March, since the financial implications of the

project are clearly of the first importance as the major

part of the work would have to be undertaken in one, and

at the outset.
